So then I had my sister go out and buy more flowers and bring them to my niece. Then I Had to explain to her, she was supposed to have flowers delivered but were a no show! Then about an hour later, flowers & balloon finally delivered. But, by then she already had other flowers and these were not a surprise for her after her surgery!
